We offer free UK delivery on orders over £200.
Orders placed will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, a shipment notification including tracking details will be sent to the email provided at time of order.

Our couriers require signature for any deliveries. No parcels can be re-directed once shipment details have been confirmed.
Orders delivered internationally and in Europe will be subject to local taxes and duties. Camilla Bloom will not incur any of these charges, this is the liability of the purchaser.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges and returns of unworn items purchased at full price within 7 days of the delivery date. This does not include face coverings for hygiene reasons.
Returns & shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.
For item(s) to be eligible:
- Item(s) must have been purchased at full price.
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Item(s) must have all original garment tags attached.
- Item(s) must be returned in the packaging provided accompanied by the original receipt.
- Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and a refund will be refused.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt and refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the date we process your refund.
To return / exchange item(s) please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA code. We cannot issue refunds / exchanges for item(s) returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number, the reason for return / exchange and the shipping provider for the items being returned.
